What will people think? I can't believe you/he/she said that! How many of you struggle with what other people say or immediately seek to defend yourself, or - disregard them as haters? This is for you. I talk about my father telling me I was fat and how I took that at the time. I also talk about Indian yogi and his relationship with his master that included many harsh words and why his analysis blew me away. I genuinely hope everyone listening to this will pause and reflect on how this shows up in their life for it could change everything.

Friday Apr 10, 2020
Shannon Foreman is a financial advisor and owner of Forethought Financial Planning. She is a no nonsense coach and advisor and we wanted to shed some light on basic financial aspects, especially now and during the COVID-19 global pandemic. Here are some things we covered: What are some common limiting beliefs across the board, regardless of how much money we have? Why, as women, we have notoriously not been good about investing? Can you invest while making only 60K? What are some financial aspects everyone needs to know about (I learned I needed a special kind of insurance as a business owner that I never heard of before). What to do during an economic downturn? Where can we get educated about money and take financial future into our own hands. Shannon can be found at https://www.forethoughtplanning.com

Feeling fabulous is a matter of choice with Fabiana Peterson
Sunday Nov 10, 2019
Sunday Nov 10, 2019
Hello my beautiful people! Today I bring you a conversation about hardship in life and us having a choice about how we respond. Fabiana Peterson is a an author, life coach and one of the most positive women I have ever met. That doesn't mean her life was easy. In fact, she had a very tough divorce and I learned how her husband had a child with a woman while away on extended work assignment without her even knowing. She tells us about that, about how she handled it and how she wants to be a support to anyone who has been hurt or is going through any kind of a transition. She is honest, inspiring and I hope you will love this conversation as much as I did. She can be found at www.feelfabulousbyfabiana.com

Hello my beautiful people and welcome to yet another episode of Uplevel Together podcast. I am so excited and honored to bring you the conversation today with Kristin Shane which was infused with so much darn joy and happiness and laughter. It is filled with so many inspirational golden nuggets for anyone who has ever had an idea and has wanted to make something out of their lives. Kristen is the founder and CEO of Fly Feet Running, a group fitness studio in Minnesota, a super driven and successful woman, and incredibly lovable and down to earth human. We talked about so many different things but I wanted to ask her where the idea came from (and there is a napkin situation where she developed this idea further) and making the jump from an extremely lucrative successful career at Target to actually running Fly Feet Running full-time. We talked about the realities of life, we talked about how hard it is, and how important it is for all of us to follow that call, whatever that is, to lead and create our own lives. This is one of my favorite conversations.... this woman is a giver, she is a philanthropist, and she is an example of someone who created a company for good and someone who really wants to change the landscape of entrepreneurship women on business, fitness, and inspiration. Without further ado, here is Kristin Shane. You can read more about Fly Feet running at https://www.flyfeetrunning.com and read Kristin's blog at https://www.kristinshane.com

Hello my beautiful people and welcome to yet another Uplevel Together podcast. I am beyond excited today to bring you a very special conversation with a very very special person to me. Gautam Muralidharan is a dear friend and one of the most fascinating humans that I have ever met in my entire life, and I don't say that lightly. He is the founder of Soulwork, which is this incredible company that really limits the constraints of all of our gifts and talent that we have within a company. We talk about this idea of a business that came to him years ago, and why it took him so long to actually pursue it, and then we talk about what he struggled with in the first months of forming the company, what was really hard, and then his transition from a very successful corporate career to actually running his company full-time. We also talk about his climb to Mt. Kilimanjaro, because he did that as well of course, and then maybe if there are some lessons that we could incorporate as well, and we talk about doubting ourselves and believing in ourselves. This is one of the most brilliant, in-depth, insightful conversations I have ever had, and I'm just so happy to share him with all of you. Without further ado, here's Gautam. You can learn more about Soulwork at www.dosoulwork.com
